Find out where your pension will go furthest

Considering a move abroad as an expat? Find out where your pension will go furthest with a report by Equiniti.
The pension and shareholder solutions company, Equiniti, have released a report that details where British expats are better off thanks to their pensions, after warning that a decade of the weakening pound has left many pensioners living abroad with 50% less buying power from their retirement income now than when they initially retired.
The biggest drops were seen by those that moved to Australia, who have seen their pension drop by as much as 47% since 2003, similarly pensions of British expats in New Zealand have reduced by 38% in the last ten years.
The report also states that expats in South Africa and Jamaica have seen their pension increase by 6% and 66% respectively.
