When I started Fully Loaded Deliveries 22 years ago, it was about earning trust, one project, one client, one relationship at a time. Those early partnerships with the design trade in Phoenix grew into something I never could have planned: designers introduced us to collectors, collectors to estates, and before long we were managing complex residential projects across the Sun Belt. We’ve always believed that if you deliver on your promises and treat every project as if it were your own, the work speaks for itself. That principle is exactly what made joining Cadogan Tate feel right.

What made this work from the start was a shared understanding of what matters most: the client’s experience. Our clients, designers, collectors, homeowners with properties in multiple markets, still know the people they’re calling and still get the team they trust. What’s changed is the capability behind that team. Cadogan Tate’s global platform, its fine art expertise, its asset protection standards, and its network across twelve cities give us the resources to do more for our clients than we ever could alone.

For the designers and private clients we work with throughout the Sun Belt, this is where it gets practical. Many of them manage projects and homes across Phoenix, Scottsdale, Los Angeles, Aspen, Dallas, and beyond. Previously, they often routed everything through us in Phoenix because they trusted our team to handle it right. Now, with Cadogan Tate’s specialist teams and climate-controlled facilities across those markets, we can coordinate receiving, storage, transportation, and expert installation closer to where the project is happening – with the same care and attention our clients have always counted on.

I’m excited about what this means for the future. Whether it’s strengthening the corridor between Phoenix and Los Angeles, supporting multi-market residential installs across the Southwest, or working alongside Cadogan Tate’s art technicians on projects that demand real precision, we’re creating more opportunities to serve our clients at an even higher level. Our mission hasn’t changed: build relationships, deliver exceptional service, earn trust every day. We just have a far stronger platform to do it from.
