Sophie Paterson
Interiors

3 Years of Partnership,
From London to the Middle East

When acclaimed London design studio Sophie Paterson Interiors needed a partner for a
showhouse installation, Cadogan Tate handled every detail, from receiving and packing
rugs, art, furniture, and decor to showroom arrangement and the safe return of each piece
to vendors afterward. That partnership has since grown into an ongoing relationship
spanning several London projects and, most recently, a large-scale furnishing project
shipped to Oman.

Yes. All surveys and consultations are complimentary and non-obligatory. This allows us to fully understand your requirements and recommend the most suitable services.

We provide a range of secure, climate-controlled storage solutions, including fine art storage for paintings, sculptures, and collectibles; furniture and interior storage for designer and bespoke pieces; clothing and textile storage with archival conditions; and bonded storage for items requiring customs clearance. All facilities meet museum-quality standards for security, climate control, and handling.

Yes. Our facilities maintain strict temperature and humidity controls to protect sensitive materials such as artworks, antiques, textiles, and high-value furnishings.

Cadogan Tate does not sell or arrange insurance. Every item handled, transported, or stored is covered by the Asset Protection Programme (APP), a contractual liability framework defining our responsibility while your assets are in our custody. Clients choose from three levels: Essential Protection (default), Full Value Protection (declared value), or Client Insurance Only. The APP works alongside any insurance you hold. Speak to your Dedicated Account Manager to confirm the right level for your collection.

FF&E often arrives from multiple vendors, on different schedules, well before a project is ready for installation. As your receiving warehouse, we plan and schedule collection from dealers, showrooms, and auction houses around the world, then store everything in one of our secure international facilities until you’re ready to install.

We handle the scheduling and arrangements, collecting items from dealers, showrooms, and auction houses on your behalf and consolidating them in one of our secure facilities, so you’re not coordinating multiple vendor pickups yourself. Each project is assigned a Dedicated Account Manager who oversees the process from first collection through final installation.

We oversee the entire process from receiving to inspection to repacking. Within two business days of an item arriving, photography is available in your Client Portal, alongside a fully digitized inventory of your collection upon request.

We store items for as long as your project requires, from short term consolidation ahead of an install to long-term containerized storage or private vaults. Our facilities maintain strict temperature and humidity controls and are equipped with intruder and fire alarms and motion detection with armed response, so high-end pieces stay protected for as long as they are in our care.

Yes. Every project is assigned a Dedicated Account Manager who can help sequence deliveries and installations around your project timeline, whether that’s a single room or a multi-phase renovation.

Our installation experts handle mounting, placement, and positioning of furniture and artwork, guided by a site survey and method statement our Designer Services team prepares in advance. Where needed, we complete custom assembly on-site, and post-installation debris removal so your space is turn-key ready.

Your Client Portal gives you real-time access to a fully digitized, cataloged inventory of your stored items, with photography available within two business days of an item’s arrival. Retrieval, inspection, or delivery can typically be arranged with 48 hours’ notice.

Yes. When a designer-ordered piece doesn’t work out, we coordinate the return or exchange directly with the vendor, whether that vendor is domestic or international. At your request, we can act as a concierge on your behalf, handling the back-and-forth with the vendor so you don’t have to get bogged down in the logistics minutiae.

A standard mover typically picks up and delivers. We act as your receiving warehouse and project partner throughout, collecting from multiple vendors, storing and cataloguing everything in your Client Portal, and installing on your timeline, all overseen by one Dedicated Account Manager. As we tell our design partners, your role is to envision; ours is to execute flawlessly.

We work directly with interior designers and design firms as our primary point of contact. Each project is assigned a Dedicated Account Manager, your Project Partner, matched to your needs, so you have one trusted expert managing the details from first collection through final installation. We are also happy to work directly with your clients on key components of the journey such as billing and site access, as needed.
