Finchley Road and the A5 also lead north towards Cricklewood and the M1, while the A4202 leads south towards Mayfair, Westminster, and the river.

Marylebone is part of the London congestion zone, with fees for driving between 7am – 10pm every day of the week. Many people prefer to use public transport. Marylebone Station, located off Marylebone Road, is the area’s main transport hub. The street-level platforms are served by National Rail, and the lower platforms are served by the London Underground.

Marylebone Underground is a Zone 1 station serving the Bakerloo Line. This runs 14 miles from Harrow & Wealdstone to Elephant & Castle. The station is between Baker Street and Edgware Road, and is on one of the least busy of all London Underground routes, helping to make it a much more enjoyable and stress-free ride. From Baker Street, you can transfer to the Circle, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan and Jubilee lines.

Marylebone’s upper platforms are the southern terminus for Chiltern Railways services. Trains run directly from Marylebone to Royal Leamington Spa, Bicester North, Aylesbury, and Birmingham.
